Hey y'all wats up... had a very happy pleasant nite as i got to really chat with my best fren in msia for a long time n m actually very happy about it.... Oh by da way roxanne if u r reading this happy bday once more...

Just came back from my 2 hour class which was actually quite interesting... It about editing interviews or videos before it gets broadcasted... Its so totally awesome as i got to do it n learn it hehe... I should say im actually quite impressed hehe... More next week yay...

Anywayz heard that mooncake festival is coming up... awww lanterns and moon cakes.... the sweet irony of it wll will be missed unfortunately as im stuck in the land down under hehe... Sobzz

Oh well, i guess the parker cobain ppl can figure smtg out wont v??? The randomness in us will indeed figure smtg out...

Anyway its gonna b merdeka in like 3 days? and well there is a club event for all malaysian students on Thursday but unfortunately i dun go clubbing so im not going, but the others are... But on the bright side, there will b a mini get together party at parker like a gals nite out hehe well not out technically but well u get the point..

Then there will be a bbq party on Saturday nite at Cobain yayz hehe... P-A-R-T-Y hehe... celebrate good times come on... haha ok lame i noe...

Been missing all the festivals in msia that i so conveniently took for granted all the while i got to celebrate it... Shucks...

Anyway the main reason for this post is to announce the birth of a new blog dedicated specially to the Parker Cobain ppl a.k.a my family in Australia hehe... yay me

The blog is called parkerbains.. or u can alternatively go to www.parkerbains.blogspot.com and it is accessible through my blog obviously... Random ppl will be posting so should be fun to read wont it??? hehe... But trust me it will b full of randomness and humour that will make you laugh till yur ribs r sore... Something Random

HAHAHA i just happened to remember and i just felt like posting this thingy..

Its kinda stupid but its funny

Dat day at the train station we were waiting for train to go to some Cultural Night held by the Uni in Berwick... Anyway we had to wait like half an hour for the freggin train

So all of us started discussing when we wanna come back next year and stuff bout the seating n all

Then my fren Praevin looked at me n started laughing and he was like Brenda let me tell u smtg

So then he told me his amusing story.. He went berholidaying at some place i forgotten where but then i think he took the Pelangi airline... i duno if i remember correctly but then who cares dats not the main part of the story..

Then he said he went with his whole family like aunty uncle bla bla bla so everybody including his uncle was fighting for the window seat and the fight went on till someone suggested the first to get it will get it if not too bad.. so depends on yur luck

So they were all hyped up and ready to snatch and plunge for the window seat...

So all of them fought their way in to find out dat all the seats WERE WINDOW SEATS.... hahahahaha and they were like DAMN...... the plane was so unbelievably small they cant believe it... its like 1 seat on each side so everyone got a window seat hahaha...

Dis is a completely different story but its from the same dude who told me the story above.

It was during his trip here, he sat with a family who was coming over here for hols and his luck gave him a seat next to the families grandma who btw duno english or malay or any other language apart from chinese. My fren is Indian by the way who duno Chinese...

And this old lady was having difficulties doing everything and her family next to her was sleeping hahaha so my fren had to help her...

Ok first he din noe how to communicate with her and vice versa. First she fidgeted with the eating tray, the tray which is fastened to the seat.. She was like banging the thingy to the chair non stop n was like looking at my fren who stared back duno wat to do... So in the end he just helped her put it back.. Then after a while she wanted to listen to the headphones which they provided.

She put the headphones on and she waited n waited n waited but no sound came out... hahhaha then my fren just overlooked at wat was happening n he found out dat she din plug the thingy in dats y no sound came out... hahahah and then he just plugged it in for her n the grandma looked at him.... n i think she nodded...

He said to me v were communicating in silent language hahahha

Can't believe its has actually been wat more then half a year alrd in aussie n im lurving every bit of it... New frens from msia just came in the second sem n guess wat?? they got a house one street away from mine.. my place is in Parker and their's is in Cobain. Oh gosh and the humour you can have when around them is never ending. The randomness is unbelievable as well. I was just thinking to myself if i put a cam corder or perhaps a recorder in the middle of our discussion area, i can actually turn it into some comedy central... It can be late nite with the parkerbain's hahahah gosh i think im turning into one of them...

Like yesterday we all went out to Clayton Town for dinner and the whole table was bursting with laughter 'as usual'. V seem to b the noisiest never punctual group of ppl. But put all that aside we are actually the fun gang to be with hehe.... Anyway during dinner we were having random conversations and i duno y but rambutans came up in the discussion.

i dun exactly remember who said wat but its smtg like as below

The conversation started with durians and everyone was asked if they liked durians or not and then i think there was smtg bout durian cake then suddenly they were talking bout rambutans and rambutan cake and suddenly someone said if there were rambutan ice cream there will be hair in it coz rambutans are hairy..

person 1: i like eating rambutans.. i lurve them
person 2: i dun like rambutans.. they always stick to my teeth when im eating them
person 1: but i like them. there is one type of rambutan that doesn't stick to the teeth its a special type. I forgotten its name but then it starts with C or smtg...
person 3: is it CAMBUTAN?

(laughter follows that)
ok thats that, but there r more... hmm i think i should seriously record every single funny conversation ever spoken...

Next was desert time and we ordered dessert. Mel wanted to order pulut hitam (chu bi in hokkien) but then praevin told her its a pudding n not da hot soupy type and so they ordered banana fritters in the end while others ordered ice kacang and cendol and pulut hitam as well which turns out to be the one mel wanted haha

Anyway the dessert came and i think it was not bad i didnt try it but then i heard that the ice kacang was too sweet and the cendol looked like it has too much colouring.. anyway the ppl who ordered the cendol didnt enjoy it as the cendol colour was too green like it has too much colouring in it. then suddenly one feller said i feel like im eating planktons hahaha. and he looked at it in disgust ...... but all in all the food was good.. satisfying and good. then i went home to watch the liverpool match and was happy to c they won 2-0 hehe....

Anyway one day i went to my aunt's place and she said the weirdest thing that made me n ma cuzzies froze for a while thinking wat she meant. Ok it started out one fine morning in her house... All of us woke up and went to have some brekkie and tea. Then my cuz Julia said her feet is cold (she is standing on the kitchen floor which is made of tiles) and so my aunt told her to wear her bedroom slippers.

Then she stopped looked at her mum and then looked at her feet (which was by the way with bedroom slippers) and she said :

im not like you... i dun think of putting my feet into my slippers the moment i wake up... I dun go starring down below my bed wondering where my slippers are.. i just get down of bed and walk out.. What's wrong with you....

Then her mum said yeah i noe u dun u r MCC..

Then my cuz, her sis n i were like processing wat MCC meant and we stared at each other for the longest time. Then we asked wats MCC and then my aunt laughed and said MONG CHA CHA (dats in chinese by the way) GOSH.. where did she even come up with that hahaha... then all of us laughed like some maniacs.....

Anyway gotta go now.. will put more funny lame stuff if i remember hehe...

One super satisfyingly delicious good meal !!!!!!!!

I've missed my blog so much thanks to the dumb internet connection.. Its so so slow and i cant upload pictures so yeah basically it took me a long long time to upload these pictures hehe... And well a post without pictures is not dat interesting.

Anyway these are the pictures of food taken from Julia's bday dinner. Well, not only Julia but uncle Aaron as well. My aunt and her family took me out to celebrate her husband's and daughter's bday at an Italian restaurant and the food there is super good. Well, i only remembered my camera after the third meal came so i din get the chance to snap a picture of the pizza (which was by the way absolutely mouth-watering) and the prawns (which was also superbly awesome).

Apart from that we had the lamb shank cooked in errr lets see i think it was white wine coz the red wine one was not available. And the lamb was so tender its like eating soft chicken. And the sauce is yummy hehe...
There we are a picture of the lamb shank. Isn't it just mouth watering??? Ok, next up is the callimarri which was good as well

It comes with tartar sauce as well.. hehe.... next is Mr. linguini marinara.... hehe its so so so so nice that i cant even describe it.... the pasta is just filled with loads and loads of seafood and my aunty was stuffing me with all the seafood on the plate hehe...Behold... the unveiling of the marinara
TADA!!!!!! How awesome is dat.... Ok anyway my uncle had rib eye which according to him was fantastic. I can't eat it off course as it is beef but then again at least he enjoyed it hehe... The pic doesn't look as good as the previous ones as i took it from across the table and i took it from between the pizza stand while he was eating it..

Can u see the two silver thingy there??? its the pizza stand hehe... So dat was our mains and then we ordered desert. we ordered three flavours of gelato and some sticky cake or pudding im not too sure but its nice..

Isn't the presentation of the food on the plate just awesome??? Anyway the bill was reasonable and the food was not too bad either. We were all so full that everyone except the driver was practically asleep on the way home.... So we didn't get the chance to cut the bailey's cake and sing bday song for the two bday ppl like we planned to.

But we cut the cake early in the morning instead rite b4 the two parents headed for tai chi and sarah headed for tuition so only julia and me was left to enjoy the cake... which was awesomely tasty as well....

So there we are... the cake in the box untouched as seen above...

Surprise Surprise....

OK.... its been so so long since i last blogged and its real bad i noe... but hmm long story..
Anyway im in the library now, been going to the library quite frequently lately due to exams fever hehe...

Y im blogging instead of studying now??
well the library is noisy gawd.... lost my concentration... the quite area is already closed and the only area open till 11.45pm is the discussion area... sighz.. oh well what choice do i have anyway....

The good thing about the internet in the uni is that everything loads so fast.. youtube here loads live man hahaha dun even have to pause... JOY

Guess wat??? i just got influenced by Pay Chee to create a test hehe to c how well ppl actually noe me n the test is located on the top right hand side of this page... It's just a click away if anyone is interested hehe....

HMMM missing home and all the ppl at home.. but missing weather??? NO.... although its like around 9 or 8 degrees here now but it beats the freggin hot weather in msia.... Getting used to the cold actually...

Its alrd winter now, a few days into winter and it's alrd snowing in Mount Buller hehe and the other mountain areas....

GOSH the ppl sitting behind me are just so noisy... keep yapping away like noones business.. its so distracting geez...

Anyway more updates soon promise... i noe dis is sorta a dead blog but i shall try my very best to update it more often hehe... anyway gtg now... will update yummy food pictures of a dinner gathering at my aunt's place... have to get it onto photobucket first..
