Wee Fong's dad's Bday dinner

Oh boy..... Gosh do i have a lot of belated posts...... Anyway the internet is working like normal now so it is permitting me to upload pics again yay!!!!

HMM which should i start with first?? let me c.... Ok i shall start with Wee Fong's dinner...

Wee Fong's dad came over here to Melbourne and coincidentally it was his bday. So he treated us for a dinner at West Lake.... Sereen and I left from Clayton to the City and met up with Daniel in the city.

Daniel was handed the task to buy the bday cake for Wee Fong's daddy and let me tell u.. he FAILED miserably hehehe... Well i dun mean to be mean but then its true bahahaha...

I shall tell u wat happened...

There was so many ppl there, Wee Fong's relatives and frens (which is us) so there were two tables. The cake Daniel bought was so tinyly small that Sereen, Wee Fong and me couldn't stop laughing. He picked a chocolate cake with the nicest design . Well that is good as Wee Fong's dad likes chocolate and its good that the cake presentation is nice.

Ok anyways, birthday song was sung then the waiter proceeded on to cut the cake. Hilariously, the waiter took like fregging long to cut the cake..... u noe y???? because the cake was so small that they duno how to cut it in a way that everyone will have a piece to eat. HAHAHAHAH V sat there staring at the waiter. They kept turning around to count how many ppl and make sure they cut it right....

Anywayz the cake they cut was ok although so so very thin hahaha... That is not the bad part... the weird part is the taste of the cake... It tasted weird.. the first mouth of the cake taste like fizzy cola.... then after that it tasted like chocolate hahhha... Everyone was like 'don't you think this cake taste weird?'

And everyone was trying to think what the weird taste taste like hahahaha....
The nite was awesome... Wee Fong's dad kept asking people to drink and bottoms up.... till daniel and sereen's bro was like no no enough.... n they were trying to hide the glass hehe....

The killer drink was..............

Her dad opened two bottles and boy did they drink non-stop...






Suddenly the bottle of XO grabbed the spot light...





Note to self or anyone reading.... don't approach person below when she is drinking... She might just hit you with the bottles....She is on a hitting and bashing rampage

OK i sort of predicted i will be sick.... y???

1) Majority of my frens are falling sick one by one
2) The weather is a bit cookoo.... hot - cold - super hot- super cold... n it goes on
3) Wind super strong till u can get blown off.... How does this relate?? well the wind keeps blowing and my throat gets super dry hahahah.. Does this make sense??? ok forget it if it doesn't
4) The Cobain sick ppl brought the virus to Parker hehe
5) Been talking a lot to coughing ppl and the virus was passed on to me
6) Been watching Choong Khin play poker on ma laptop and he has the virus as well.. I was in close wait let me correct that... very close proximity to him so TADA virus spread...
7) There is this saying where *when u r sick, u need to pass on the virus to some other ppl in order to cure yurself*
8) OK im running out of reasons now.... hahaha

So, the virus has been passsed on from person to person and i guess it's finally decided to inhibit me... Sobz Sobz...

I woke up with a whole body ache and i knew smtg was not right.... Yesterday i had some sore throat and my voice went a bit funny at times...

Today i woke up with running nose... How Wonderful.... Thanks Immune System for not fighting and giving me such an awesome gift....NOT

Plz Plz dun give poor me fever... i have loads of things to do sobz sobz....

I just ate 'pei pa ko' n i dun think ive tried it b4... it tasted a bit weird but at least its not bitter... WHEWH...

And im chugging down mugs n mugs of honey... Oh does too much honey affect u???? i hope not.. coz ive been chugging it down like theres no tomorrow hahahaha....

GAWD.

Vending Machine insanity

A few days ago when Sereen n I went to Matheson Library to study and do assignment and well muck around with the live streaming of You Tube..... Something disastrous happened

When v just got there Sereen was like
"I wanna buy Vanilla Coke"

But then i made her go with me to hand in assignment in Menzies Building on the 7th floor which was quite deserted and scary as there is noone there at dat hour. FFRREEAAKKIIEEE...

From Menzies v made our way to the campus center to buy food to last us the whole night in the library and well to buy her coke as well from the vending machine.

Off all the machines we passed, it was all can packaged.. and Sereen refused to buy it as she wants the bottle packaged ones...

So OK... we walked on and then she found one....

She put coins in and unfortunately all the coins she put in was rejected. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!!!!!!

So v gave up and realised that the machine actually accepted notes as well...

V opened our purse to find dat v got no cash hahahahah THE HORROR.... so fine i went to withdraw money and the smallest amount withdraw- able is 20 dollars.

Walked back to the machine feeling contented with the money withdrawed, i pushed the money in and i realised dat it only accepts 5 and 10 dollar notes.... I guessed so that they dun have to give so much change back....

Feeling a bit annoyed now, i supposedly wanted to grab a change at the phone card shop... But then the wait to get a smaller change made me realise i had to buy a phone card to call home since i finished my previous one... So i bought it and got a 10 dollar note.. YAY!!!

I walked back towards Sereen with a pleased look on ma face.. Happy dat v can finnaly buy the drink and head to the library.... Pushed the money in and OoOpS it came out again. So i tried again... Nop came out again...

Sereen tried, same thing.. After a few attempts, i think the machine got sick of us. Sick dat v din get the msg dat v cant buy drinks... So it decided to punish us by taking the money n dats it.

It ate my money.. Freggin 10 bucks went in n no drinks came out... ARGHHH... Sereen went to the information counter to seek help and the person in charge there just told her (with an annoyed look) call the number on the vending machine....

How helpful is that.... And the number there is actually for service enquiries or for refills.. shesh...

So left with no choice v just called and i explained to the guy over the phone wat happened... told them the location of the machine and he said he will post me my 10 bucks hahaha... AWESOME!!!!

At times u can just sit staring at the blank screen thinking real hard what to type as the starting sentence...

WHY??

1) No more Disney channel when it is shown here in Aussie
2) Internet slow n laggy that i cant dl the movie off the net

Anywayz had presentation yesterday hahaha... it is a group of three presentation and our topic was ethnicity n culture - mixed race...

I think it went well... i hope the audience were not snoozing through the whole presentation though... coz v had like awesome pictures and you tube videos on there as well...

In doin the presentation, my groupy n me found out dat Cameron Diaz is actually Latino/German... and Keanu Reaves is Chinese/Hawaiian/English...

There are actually so many mixed race ppl all around the world that i think Eurasian should be considered as a race now shouldnt it??? it will be such a hassle to have so many identities and race that u duno wat to choose...

So instead of being forced to choose one race from the many one inherits y not just be Eurasian???

When i did the presentation i actually felt a deep connection btw Eurasian peoepl as the website that i researched on has articles posted by Eurasians all over the globe telling of the experiences and stuff...

There's this gal who is a Singaporean, her dad is Indian + Scottish i think n her mum is Indo + Swedish i think and she was forced to take Indian as her race n identity coz she inherits her dads indian surname which i feel its unfair to her too...

She should have a right to choose doesnt she???? GOSH...

Anyway i sucked bad during the presentation... i kept forgetting wat i wanna say till there was one point where i just crapped and said 'n stuff like that' GAWD who says that during presentation.. i got so lost i din noe wat to do i just smiled at the tutor bahahahah n luckily she smiled back... n i quickly added some random stuff on the spot as a save hahahaha

But all in all i think it was a good one hehe.. hopefully the lecturer feels dat way too haha... At least the class was sorta laughing at some jokes v made up hehe... n they applauded twice..

Once after the presentation and another after the QnA hehe AWESOME

Oh n PC..... dun worry i shall update it more often k hehehe... now getting kinda bz with assignments n stuff hehehee... dun miss me too much haha
